中国石油天然气总公司规划设计总院,建于1978年,院址北京。目前设有规划处、标准规范处、工程经济所、环境评价所(持有甲级证书)、设计所(持有乙级证书)、计算机应用研究中心、技术咨询公司、技术资料室8个主要业务处所。现有专业技术人员200名,其中43人具有高级专业技术职称。总院主要负责全国陆上油气田地面工程规划、设计、标准、计算机应用、环境评价、工程经济评价等方面的技术归口。具体工作有:油气田和长输管道工程新技术开发、应用研究和管理;油气田和长输管道工程规划、可行性研究、工程设计及工程项目评估、论证、技术咨询等;组织油气田及长输管道工程技术标准、规范的制(修)订;专用设备的开发、筛选;计算机应用软件、计算机辅助设计的开发和研究;石油经济参数与方法研究;石油环境目标、标准、方法评价等。
