初中教师对学习方式理解及实施情况的调查研究——基于长治地区初中教师的调查

通过对长治市初中教师对新课程倡导的学习方式的理解及实施情况的调查研究,文章分析了初中教师对学习方式的理解和实施现状、以及存在的问题和形成原因,并提出了如何提高初中教师对学习方式的理解及实施的参考性建议。调查发现,初中教师对学习方式的理解和实施程度都很高;对学习方式的理解程度与实施程度不一致;对探究性学习的理解和实施程度欠佳。其根源与教师自我评价的心理因素有关;与教师的功利主义教育思想有关;与教师的教育素养有关;与教师的职业倦怠有关。为此,文章提出了提高教师专业素质、建立相匹配的教学管理制度的参考性建议。 Through the investigation of junior middle school teachers ’understanding and implementation of the learning styles advocated by the new curriculum in Changzhi City, this paper analyzes the current situation of junior middle school teachers’ comprehension and implementation of learning styles as well as the existing problems and their causes, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve junior middle school Teachers’ suggestions on the way of learning and their implementation. The survey found that junior high school teachers’ understanding and implementation of learning styles are very high, their understanding of learning styles is not consistent with their implementation, and their understanding and implementation of inquiry learning are not good. Its root causes are related to psychological factors of teachers ’self-evaluation; it is related to teacher’s utilitarian education thoughts; to teacher’s educational attainments; and to teachers’ job burnout. Therefore, the article puts forward suggestions for improving the professional quality of teachers and establishing a matching teaching management system.
