在前人温室鉴定基础上,利用国外引进的人工气候室对国内已知的3种主要苹果潜隐病毒在几种恒温条件下进行鉴定。结果表明,用木本指示植物鉴定法,褪绿叶斑病毒在18℃、茎痘病毒和茎沟槽病毒在26℃条件下症状出现早,强度大,易于观察识别,仅需10～20d好可鉴定清楚,比现有条件下(16～27℃)的温室鉴定周期缩短15d左右。
Based on the identification of the former greenhouse, three known latent apple viruses were identified under several isothermal conditions by using the imported artificial climate chamber. The results showed that the symptom of stem leafpox virus and stem groove virus appeared early at 18 ℃ with chlorophyll leaf spot virus at 18 ℃, which was easy to be observed and identified, only 10 ~ 20d Identification clearly than the existing conditions (16 ~ 27 ℃) greenhouse identification cycle shortened about 15d.
