介绍了超声导波技术用于电厂管道缺陷检测的发展现状,并用有限元程序Ansys对管道超声导波缺陷检测进行了数值模拟.在管道模型中,在管道外壁建立了具有一定倾斜角的斜楔及水耦层,模拟斜入射换能器的斜楔,在其斜面施加瞬时位移载荷,用以在管道中激励特定模态的导波.分析了在此模型下反射系数随缺陷轴向长度、周向长度和深度而变化的关系,模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好.
In this paper, the development status of ultrasonic guided wave technology for detecting pipeline defects in power plant is introduced, and finite element program Ansys is used to simulate the ultrasonic guided wave defect detection in pipeline.
