村民自治是具有中国特色社会主义政治文明的现实表现,是党在农村进行的第三次大革命,是党推进广大农村民主政治运动的结果.总结我国农村村民自治的实践经验,研究解决村民自治工作中存在的突出问题,对于进一步加强和完善村民自治工作,推进农村现代化建设有着重要的现实意义.
