党的十六大报告从理论与实践相结合、以理论创新推动实践创新的角度,对全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想提出了“三句话”的根本要求,这就是:贯彻“三个代表”重要思想.关键在坚持与时俱进,核心在坚持党的先进性,本质在坚持执政为民。这“三句话”以高度凝练的语言,科学概括了“三个代表”重要思想的精神实质,抓住了要害,具有很强的针对性,为我们在实践中全面贯彻“三个代表”重要思想进一步指明了方向。
