《招标采购法律法规与政策》(以下简称《法律法规》)科目是整个招标师考试的基础科目。学好这一科目,对其他三科的学习大有裨益。招标采购法律法规基本上是条文形式,概况性较强,有些不易理解,学习中易产生枯燥无味的感觉。另外,招标采购领域相关法律法规、行政规章数量较多,学习起来很容易混淆。因此,必须采用正确的学习方法,提高学习效率,牢固掌握知识点。
