内胚窦瘤是一种恶性程度很高的肿瘤,多发生于卵巢等部位,发生于颅内罕见。现报告一例。患儿男性,7岁。20天前头部撞在课桌上,仅有头皮擦伤,少许渗血,无昏迷及呕吐。伤后10多天出现嗜睡、流涎,左侧向瘫,左下肢走路不稳,左上肢无力。查体:生理反射存在,未引出病理反射。右侧瞳孔散大,左侧面瘫,左侧不全瘫痪,超声检查,中线波移位1cm。手术见脑压极高,脑室重度扩
