全面建设小康社会,是有中国特色的社会主义物质文明、政治文明、精神文明和谐共进的目标体系,是经济、政治、文化全面发展的奋斗目标,也是社会分化与社会整合协调并进的过程。在这一过程中,必然会出现一些不均衡和不协调的现象,这些不均衡现象都需要国家来整合。中国共产党作为全面建设小康社会的领导力量,必须与时俱进,强化自身的先进性和凝聚力,优化自身的社会整合功能,加强对经济、政治、文化资源的维护与开发,以实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。
