十八届四中全会要求必须建立完善的法律顾问制度。然而,目前法律顾问制度在法治政府建设过程中还存在着一些问题,如顾问制度流于形式、缺乏刚性制度保障等。这促使我们政府机关领导要重视法律顾问制度在政府工作中的必要性,切实采取有效措施,以充分发挥法律顾问在法治政府建设中作用。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee called for the establishment of a sound legal consultant system. However, there are still some problems in the legal consultant system in the process of building a government by law, such as the admonishment system is in the form of lacking rigid system guarantee and so on. This urges the leaders of our government agencies to attach importance to the necessity of the system of legal advisers in the work of the government and earnestly take effective measures so as to give full play to the role of legal consultants in the construction of a government under the rule of law.
