目的:以冠脉结扎诱发大鼠心肌损伤为模型探讨黄酮类化合物对缺血再灌注心肌的保护作用机制。方法:采用MDA、SOD和GSH-Px测定试剂盒分别测定了假手术组、模型对照组以及黄酮给药组的大鼠心肌血清中MDA含量、SOD活性和心肌匀浆中GSH-Px活性。结果:各给药组的SOD和GSH-Px活性均较模型对照组有明显升高,MDA含量明显下降。结论:黄酮类化合物具有抗心肌缺血作用且与结构有密切关系。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the protective mechanism of flavonoids on ischemia-reperfusion myocardium by using coronary artery ligation to induce myocardial injury in rats. METHODS: MDA, SOD, and GSH-Px assay kits were used to determine MDA content, SOD activity, and GSH-Px activity in myocardial homogenates of rat sham-operated group, model control group, and flavonoid group. Results: The activities of SOD and GSH-Px in all groups were significantly higher than those in the model control group, and the MDA content was significantly decreased. CONCLUSION: Flavonoids have anti-ischemic effects and are closely related to the structure.
