本文在论述近因原则之基本概念与性质的基础上着重阐述我国在保险实务中引进近因原则的必要性,以期与国际接轨,促进我国海上保险业的繁荣。
Based on the discussion of the basic concepts and properties of proximate principle, this article focuses on the necessity of introducing the principle of proximate cause in insurance practice in order to promote the prosperity of China’s maritime insurance industry in line with international standards.
