耳塞作为噪声的有效措施已广为应用.研究耳塞对噪声防护效果的方法有很多,目前尚缺乏统一指标.本文采用TTS_2作为指标来观察85—1型耳塞对暂时性听阈偏移的影响效果.TTS与PTS存在一定关系已被确认,TTS_2值较为稳定,因而能较好地反映稳态噪声对听力的影响,结果证明,85—1型耳塞对噪声的防护效果较为可靠,在4000Hz能使TTS_2由23.3dB降为5.0dB,能有效地防护噪声性耳聋的发生.
Earplugs as an effective measure of noise has been widely used.Research on the effect of earplugs on noise prevention methods are many, there is a lack of unified indicators.This paper used TTS_2 as an indicator to observe the 85-1-type earbuds on the temporary hearing threshold shift effect. The relationship between TTS and PTS has been confirmed, TTS_2 value is more stable, which can better reflect the steady-state noise on the hearing effect, the results show that the 85-1-type earbuds noise protection is more reliable at 4000Hz TTS_2 From 23.3dB down to 5.0dB, can effectively prevent the occurrence of noise-induced deafness.
