目的通过对1例抗γ-氨基丁酸B受体抗体脑炎患者病例资料的收集与学习,加深对该病的认识,为临床工作提供护理经验。方法对患者的癫痫、康复、特殊检查的配合、基础、专科护理及延伸护理等进行干预。结果患者好转出院,1个月后随访行走自如,生活基本自理,认知功能较前改善。结论该病由于缺少护理常规作为指导,临床护理工作以患者症状作为对该患者的工作重点,开展护理工作,收到良好效果。
Objective To improve the understanding of the disease by collecting and studying the case data of one case of anti-γ-aminobutyric acid B receptor antibody encephalitis and provide nursing experience for clinical work. Methods Patients with epilepsy, rehabilitation, special inspection with the foundation, specialist nursing and extended care and other interventions. Results The patients were discharged after improvement. After 1 month follow-up and walking were comfortable. Their lives were basically self-care and their cognitive function improved. Conclusion The disease is due to the lack of routine care as a guide, clinical nursing work to patients with symptoms as the focus of the work to carry out nursing work, received good results.
