2013年,黑龙江石油整体发展态势良好。2014年,公司将从五个方面统筹推进。2013年,中国石化黑龙江石油分公司紧扣“效益提升年”主题,以更加注重发展质量、更加注重增量增效为目标,突出抓好四项重点工作。由此,2013年成品油完成年度计划的100%。非油品营业额完成计划的112%;利润完成年度预算的161%。年度目标任务完成率排名区外第三。2014年黑龙江石油将从企业转型、安全管理、经营质量、队伍能力、企业文化五个方面做出提升,着重解决好发展定位、挖潜增效等问题。
