颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)严重地影响人类的生命及生存质量,国外资料显示颅脑损伤死亡率是其他损伤的10倍。毕节市地处西部欠发达地区,地广人稀,交通落后,医疗资源不足,对颅脑损伤患者的院前急救及临床治疗相对滞后,在西部地区具有一定代表性。本研究回顾性分析毕节地区医院2000年9月至2010年9月收治的10 086例颅脑外伤患者的临床资料,旨在探索西部欠发达地区颅脑外伤的临床特征。
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) has a serious impact on human life and quality of life. According to foreign data, the death rate of brain injury is 10 times that of other injuries. Bijie City is located in the underdeveloped western region, sparsely populated, laggard traffic, lack of medical resources, prehospital first aid and clinical treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury is relatively backward, in the western region has a certain representation. This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 10 086 patients with craniocerebral trauma who were treated in Bijie District Hospital from September 2000 to September 2010 with a view to exploring the clinical features of craniocerebral trauma in the less developed western regions.
