为理清班组安全氛围与员工不安全行为和煤矿火灾险兆事件的关系,在相关文献资料基础上,构建了煤矿火灾险兆事件作用机制调节效应模型,设计了相关量表。在河北、陕西、山西等8个煤矿发放问卷1 128份,利用SPSS22.0对量表进行信效度检验,用HLM7.0对模型进行实证分析。结果表明:班组安全氛围在员工个体不安全行为与煤矿火灾险兆事件关系之间起着调节作用。班组安全氛围良好,员工个体不安全行为导致煤矿火灾险兆事件的可能性就小,反之亦然。班组安全氛围在管理者不安全行为与煤矿火灾险兆事件关系之间起着部分调节作用。煤矿安全管理应从改善班组安全氛围入手,降低煤矿火灾险兆事件发生的频次,从而遏制煤矿火灾事故发生。
In order to find out the relationship between team safety and staff safety and staff’s unsafe behavior and coal mine danger, based on relevant literature data, this paper constructs the adjustment effect model of coal mine fire hazard event mechanism and designs the relevant scale. A total of 1 128 questionnaires were distributed to 8 coal mines in Hebei, Shaanxi and Shanxi. The reliability and validity of the scale were tested by SPSS 22.0. The model was analyzed by HLM7.0. The results show that the team atmosphere plays a regulatory role in the relationship between the individual insecurity of employees and the incident of coal mine fire. Team safety and good atmosphere, the staff of individual unsafe behavior lead to the possibility of a coal mine fire danger is small, and vice versa. The safety and atmosphere of the squad and crew play a part-regulating role between the unsafe behavior of managers and the incident of coal mine fire. Coal mine safety management should start with improving the safety and atmosphere of the squad and crew, and reduce the frequency of coal mine danger and meteorological incidents so as to curb the occurrence of coal mine fire accidents.
