目的筛选华支睾吸虫的功能基因并进行相应的生物信息学分析。方法使用PCGENE软件、Antheprot-5软件、ExPASy在线分析工具、NCBI上的Blastx程序进行华支睾吸虫RNA聚合酶Ⅱ延长因子(CsRPEF)基因的生物信息学分析。结果获得了CsRPEF基因的序列特征,推测到了CsRPEF的同源蛋白并预测出CsRPEF编码蛋白的分子量、等电点、柔曲性、疏水性、功能性位点等二级结构特征。结论华支睾吸虫成虫CsRPEF基因是一新筛选的功能基因,CsRPEF蛋白是可能参与华支睾吸虫基因转录途径的重要因子。CsRPEF基因的生物信息学分析可为其进一步进行生物学功能的实验研究奠定基础。
Objective To screen the functional genes of Clonorchis sinensis and analyze the corresponding bioinformatics. Methods Bioinformatics analysis of CsRPEF gene of Clonorchis sinensis was carried out using PCGENE software, Antheprot-5 software, ExPASy online analysis tool and Blastx program on NCBI. Results The sequence characteristics of CsRPEF gene were obtained. The homology of CsRPEF protein was deduced and the secondary structure characteristics of CsRPEF protein were predicted, such as molecular weight, isoelectric point, flexibility, hydrophobicity and functional site. Conclusion CsRPEF gene of Clonorchis sinensis is a newly selected functional gene. CsRPEF protein is an important factor that may be involved in the gene transcription of Clonorchis sinensis. The bioinformatics analysis of CsRPEF gene can lay the foundation for its further biological research.
