在初中阶段,学生的意志还不够坚定,主动学习的意识比较薄弱。学生对学科的学习大部分取决于兴趣,而兴趣的产生和维持又取决于科任教师的上课方式、方法和教态。根据这一特点,创造一个和谐融洽的师生关系,轻松愉快的学习环境,灵活多变的教学方法,让学生做中学,学中用,从而激发学习兴趣,主动学习,显得尤为重要。只有注重以上因素,才能让学生学得轻松、愉快并兴趣盎然,也才能令自己的教学效果明显,教育成功。
