依笔者之见,要抓好班组的安全管理,应该做到6个有,6个无。1六有(1)安全有目标。企业里有95％以上的问题都发生在班组。因此,企业要针对这一普遍现象,结合班组的实际情况和人员特点,制定出班组安全管理的目标和要求,使班组成员在生产过程中做有要求,干有目标。(2)管理有规章。要实施党政工团齐抓共管的安全管理体系,要编制严格的切实可行的安全管理
