中国航海学会日前联合中国船东协会和中国船舶代理行业协会在沪举办了《国际海运条例实施细则》宣贯大会,来自国内外从事国际航运的船公司和无船承运人以及三个社团的会员代表近200人参加了会议。交通部水运司张国发副司长和熊伟副处长向与会代表讲述了《实施细则》的有关要点,并作了答疑。
China Navigation Academy recently jointly organized the China Shipowners Association and the China Shipping Agency Association in Shanghai to hold the Declaration Conference on the Implementation Rules of the International Maritime Shipping Regulations. Members of domestic and international shipping companies and non-vessel carriers engaged in international shipping and the three associations Nearly 200 people attended the meeting. Deputy Director Zhang Guofa and Deputy Commissioner Xiong Wei of the Ministry of Communications of the Ministry of Communications told the participants about the key points of the Implementing Rules and answered questions.
