据2000年我国进行的第4次结核病流行病学抽样调查结果显示,结核病防治中存在的主要问题是病人发现率低,很多肺结核病患者被长期误、漏诊,延误了较好的治疗机会,增加了肺结核病人向周围传播的几率,给结核病的控制增加了难度。因此,迅速提高综合门诊医生及结防机构门诊医生的肺结核诊断水平就显得尤为重要。
