以体重17～19g的小鼠为试验对象,随机分组,每组10只,对不同档次白酒做了毒性试验,结果表明,小白鼠在喂食白酒10min后就有不同反应,白酒档次越高,小白鼠死亡率越低,说明高档酒的毒性反应最小,与人的感觉吻合.动物毒性试验方法可用于白酒产品的快速质量判断,以指导白酒新产品的开发.(庞晓)
