对动态联盟、VIPD 和PDM 的概念以及PDM 和Web 技术在VIPD 环境中的地位和意义进行了探讨。在此基础上,基于W eb 平台的B/W /D 机制,提出一种集中管理和分布计算相结合的、满足开放性和兼容性要求的VIPD 集成体系,并详细阐述了它的工作原理。该体系以PDM 和W eb 为依托,具有削减子系统配置、减少数据交换总量、方便协作企业信息共享和交互操作等特点,为我国制造业进行集成化产品开发提供了一种具有良好应用前景的参考模式。
The concept of dynamic alliance, VIPD and PDM and the status and significance of PDM and Web technologies in VIPD environment are discussed. On this basis, based on the Web / B / W / D mechanism, this paper proposes a VIPD integration system that meets the requirements of openness and compatibility by combining centralized management with distributed computing. The working principle of VIPD is elaborated. Based on PDM and W eb, this system has the characteristics of reducing the subsystem configuration, reducing the total amount of data exchange, facilitating the sharing and interaction of collaborative enterprise information and providing a promising application prospect for the integrated product development in China’s manufacturing industry Reference mode.
