This paper introduces some problems encountered in the implementation of traditional fiber optic cable core recovery scheme, and elaborates on the functions, advantages and processes of electronic fiber cable core recovery scheme. The Mudanjiang Communication and Transmission Bureau started to apply the electronic version in 2003 Optical fiber core reversal scheme after the remarkable effect.
