依法行政是依法治国基本方略的重要组成部分,推进依法行政是保证党和国家方针政策的连续性、稳定性,实现社会长治久安、加强廉政建设、提高行政工作效率,建设廉洁、勤政、务实、高效政府的根本要求。本文结合怒江州实际,对当前推进依法行政过程中取得的成就、存在的问题进行总结和分析,并就如何加强依法行政提出对策。
