宁夏回族自治区盐池县总工会白波赵楠报道近日,宁夏回族自治区盐池县总工会召开教育行业工资集体协商会议,各基层工会主席、校长等50余人参加协商会议。本次协商通过收集临时聘用人员名单和工资表、发放调查问卷、走访学校行政领导、召开职工座谈会等形式,征集工资集体协商意见建议10余条,最终确定协商议题为最低工资执行标准、提升教师教学技能、统一学校保安和后厨人员
