通过嗓音分析软件客观评估声带息肉术后应用嗓音训练的疗效。试验选择32例声带息肉术后患者,试验组16例给予嗓音训练,另16例患者入对照组,于术后1周(即治疗前)、术后1月、术后2月(即治疗结束时)观察并记录两组患者的嗓音声学分析及电声门图的变化并进行分析。两组比较基频微扰、接触率、接触率微扰存在统计学意义,试验组治疗前后声门噪声能量、接触率微扰存在统计学意义。结果显示:声带息肉术后嗓音训练对于嗓音声学特征的恢复及水平方向运动的稳定性及对称性的恢复均有帮助,值得临床推广。

Twenty-two patients with vocal cord polypus were selected as the experimental group, 16 patients in the experimental group were given voice training, and another 16 patients were assigned to the control group. There was statistical significance between the two groups in comparison of basic frequency perturbation, contact rate and contact rate perturbation. There was statistical significance in the noise and contact rate perturbation of the experimental group before and after treatment. The results show that voice training of vocal cord polyp plays an important role in the recovery of voice acoustic features and the stability of horizontal movement and the recovery of symmetry, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
