目前肺结核仍为我国常见病多发病之一,临床表现比较复杂,由于多种因素,门诊医生一时难于正确判断.兹将1980年1月至1984年11月5年间我院所误收的(门诊误诊包括我院及他院)肺结核74例分析如下.一、一般资料男性53例(71.62%),女性21例(28.38%).年龄在19至84岁,其中19至35岁50例(67.57%),青年男性占绝大多数与我院收容对象有关.
