本文介绍用单片微计算机构成转桨式水轮机最优控制装置的工作原理和试验.装置由简单数字协联和最优调节两部分组成。简单数字协联按水轮机制造厂家提供的协联关系曲线进行粗调;最优调节按现场实时采集的运行参数自动寻优。本装置设有串联T/O接口,全厂有多台装置运行时,可通过I/O接口和上位计算机通信,构成分布式计算机控制系统。
This paper introduces the working principle and experiment of the optimal control device of a rotary paddle turbine with single-chip micro-computer.The device consists of a simple digital association and the optimal adjustment of two parts. The simple digital association is coarsely adjusted according to the linkage relationship curve provided by the turbine manufacturer. The optimal adjustment is automatically optimized according to the real-time operation parameters collected on site. The device is equipped with tandem T / O interface, the whole plant has multiple devices running, through the I / O interface and host computer communications, constitute a distributed computer control system.
