目的:考察沙美特罗气雾剂对豚鼠气管螺旋条的松弛作用。方法:本试验采用离体豚鼠气管螺旋条,考察沙美特罗气雾剂对组胺和普萘洛尔收缩的豚鼠气管的松弛作用。结果:离体豚鼠气管螺旋条实验证明,沙美特罗气雾剂对组胺和普萘洛尔收缩的豚鼠气管有明显松弛作用,其对普萘洛尔的pA2=8.99。结论:沙美特罗气雾剂对组胺和普萘洛尔收缩的豚鼠气管有明显松弛作用,提示沙美特罗气雾剂具有较强的平喘作用。
Objective: To investigate the relaxation effect of salmeterol aerosol on the trachea of guinea pig trachea. Methods: In this study, guinea pig tracheal spirochetes were used to study the relaxation effect of salmeterol aerosol on tracheal contraction of guinea pigs with histamine and propranolol. Results: Ex vivo guinea pig tracheal spirochetes showed that salmeterol aerosol had significant relaxation effect on the trachea of guinea pigs with histamine and propranolol contraction, and its pA2 of propranolol was 8.99. CONCLUSIONS: Salmeterol aerosol has a significant relaxation effect on the trachea of guinea pigs with histamine and propranolol contraction, suggesting that salmeterol aerosol has a strong antiasthmatic effect.
