采用气相色谱法检测鲫鱼中的氯霉素含量,通过重复性操作12次引入不确定分析。结果表明,鲫鱼样品检测值在0.061 70~0.065 90μg/kg,平均值为0.063 00μg/kg,u A=0.000 589 2,相对标准偏差RSD=3.2%。该方法检测氯霉素药物浓度定性、定量准确,可为水产品中氯霉素残留测定提供依据。
The content of chloramphenicol in crucian carp was detected by gas chromatography, and the uncertainty analysis was introduced by repeated operation for 12 times. The results showed that the detection value of crucian carp was between 0.061 70 and 0.065 90 μg / kg, with an average value of 0.063 00 μg / kg, u A = 0.000 589 2 and relative standard deviation RSD 3.2%. The method for the determination of chloramphenicol drug concentration qualitative, quantitative and accurate, can provide a basis for the determination of chloramphenicol residues in aquatic products.
