中职学校的学生是我国教育大家庭中的一员,是我国教育体系里的重要一环。现今有许多行业要求求职者有优秀的学历,忽视其他的品质,因此,许多大学及普通高中扩大了招收,各大学校为了招收更多的学生,导致了中职学校的生源质量逐步下降。被招收的中职生除了学习成绩较差,平日的心理素质和行为也相对不理想,情绪上也极其不稳定。所以,中职学生除了需要提高学习成绩,他们的德育教育也是不能忽略的一个问题。本文旨在研究中职学校学生德育教育的意义以及针对现状提出的几点应对策略。
Students in secondary vocational schools are one of the great families of education in our country and an important part of our education system. There are many industries that require applicants to have excellent qualifications and ignore other qualifications. As a result, many universities and ordinary high schools have enrolled more and more schools have recruited more students, leading to a gradual decline in the quality of students in secondary vocational schools. Admitted secondary vocational students in addition to poor academic performance, weekday’s psychological quality and behavior are relatively unsatisfactory, emotionally extremely unstable. Therefore, in addition to vocational students need to improve their academic performance, their moral education is also a problem that can not be ignored. The purpose of this paper is to study the significance of moral education for secondary vocational school students and some countermeasures that are put forward according to the current situation.
