我院自成立结石科以来,治疗各类结石达3500多人,笔者对其中25例胆囊结石患者,采用丙谷胺配合总攻疗法治疗,收到满意效果,报告如下。 临床资料 一、一般资料 25例中男性9例,女性16例;平均年龄为44.7岁。其中胆囊结石17例,胆总管结石5例,肝内结石3例。单发结石18例,多发结石7例。结石大小在0.3～1.1cm之间。以上结石均由我院日产Aloka—SSD—630B超机或口服造影剂经X线证实结石存
