目的了解甘肃省兰州市医务人员血脂、血糖、血尿酸水平,为医务人员健康保健提供依据。方法选择2008年9-12月在甘肃省人民医院年度体检的医务人员血脂、血糖、血尿酸检查结果进行分析。采用O lympusAU5400全自动生化分析仪,测定血脂、血糖、血尿酸,结果采用SPSS 11.0软件进行统计学分析。结果医务人员血脂异常率53.93%,并且随年龄增高明显升高,70岁以后有所下降;血糖异常率为10.69%,血尿酸异常率为10.77%。血脂异常中以甘油三酯异常率为最高,男性53.76%,构成比为38.64%,女性50.36%,构成比为37.27%。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇异常率最低,男性异常率12.54%,构成比为8.97%,女性异常率13.51%,构成比为10.0%,血脂各项目异常率男女性之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医务人员血脂、血糖、血尿酸处于居高水平,血糖异常率高于其他行业。提醒医务人员,要树立保健新理念,劳逸结合,合理饮食,及早预防血脂、血糖、血尿酸增高,降低心脑血管疾病的发生、发展。
Objective To understand the blood lipid, blood glucose and serum uric acid levels of medical staff in Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, and provide the basis for health care of medical staff. Methods The blood lipids, blood glucose and serum uric acid of medical staff in the annual physical examination of Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from September to December in 2008 were analyzed. Using O lympusAU5400 automatic biochemical analyzer, determination of blood lipids, blood glucose, blood uric acid, the results using SPSS 11.0 software for statistical analysis. Results The rate of dyslipidemia in medical staff was 53.93%, which increased significantly with age and decreased after 70 years of age. The rate of abnormal blood glucose was 10.69% and the rate of abnormal blood and uric acid was 10.77%. In the dyslipidemia, the abnormal rate of triglyceride was the highest, 53.76% in male, the constituent ratio was 38.64%, the female was 50.36%, the constituent ratio was 37.27%. The abnormal rate of high density lipoprotein cholesterol was the lowest, with the abnormal rate of male being 12.54%, the constituent ratio of 8.97%, the abnormal rate of female 13.51% and the constituent ratio of 10.0%. There was significant difference between male and female in the abnormal rate of blood lipids (P < 0.01). Conclusion The blood lipid, blood glucose and blood uric acid of medical staff are at a high level, and the rate of abnormal blood glucose is higher than other industries. To remind medical staff, to establish a new concept of health care, work and rest, a reasonable diet, early prevention of blood lipids, blood glucose, increased serum uric acid, reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and development.
