秦皇岛港经过历时三个月的装卸队长岗位培训,园满完成了交通部关于“八五”期间装卸队长资格性岗位培训任务,向81名同志颁发了《岗位培训证书》,达到了持证上岗要求。 装卸队长的岗位是港口基层单位重要岗位,对港口装卸生产和精神文明建设有着举足轻重作用。秦港教育中心在调查研究的基础上,制定和实施了切实可行的培训方案。这次培训由秦港职工中专学校负责,采取了函授与集中辅导相结合的方式,组织现职装卸队
