近年来,随着我国改革、开放政策的深入贯彻,湛江市经济技术开发区利用外资、引进先进技术、发展对外经济合作的工作取得了积极的进展。据统计,从1985年奠基兴建到1989年底止,开发区共批准举办外资企业16家,现已开业12家,其中批准“三资”项目合同53项,现已执行38项,利用外资6771万美元。这对于促进我市经济的发展和增加国家财政收入起到了积极的作用。几年来,我们在开展涉外税收征收管理的实践过程中,逐步探索,不断总结,初步取得了一定的成绩。
In recent years, with the thorough implementation of China’s reform and opening-up policy, Zhanjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone has made positive progress in using foreign capital, introducing advanced technologies and developing foreign economic cooperation. According to statistics, from the founding establishment in 1985 to the end of 1989, the zone has approved the establishment of 16 foreign-funded enterprises and has now opened 12, of which 53 are approved for the “three-capital” projects and 38 have been implemented and the utilization of foreign capital has reached 67.71 million Dollars. This has played a positive role in promoting the economic development of our city and increasing the state revenue. In the past few years, we have been gradually exploring, constantly reviewing and concluding some preliminary achievements in the practice of taxation collection and management concerning foreign affairs.
