在实践中,我们体会到,搞好高校系(所)资料室期刊的收藏与利用,要处理好以下几个关系。一、重点与一般的关系,也就是核心期刊与非核心期刊的关系。所谓核心期刊,就是与本系(所)专业及科研方向紧密配合,并有较高学术价值的期刊。这些期刊应是收藏的重点,选订要优先,品种要连续完整,缺册要想法补配。非核心期刊,就是与本专业及科研方向结合不够紧密,教学人员和科研
