以高碳合金钢 8Cr13MoV与奥氏体不锈钢 30 4(0Cr19Ni9)三层爆炸复合板为例 ,在它的热处理过程中进行了碳扩散计算 .结合这些复合材料在制造刀、剪产品中的实际应用 ,分析了在热处理过程中 ,复合板焊接界面存在的碳扩散现象 ,并验证了热处理工艺 .计算表明碳扩散计算对热处理时间的确定有一定的指导意义
Taking carbon steel 8Cr13MoV and austenitic stainless steel 30 4 (0Cr19Ni9) triple detonated composite board as an example, carbon diffusion was calculated during its heat treatment process.Combined with the practical application of these composite materials in the manufacture of knives and scissors products , And analyzed the carbon diffusion existing in the welding interface of the composite plate during the heat treatment process and verified the heat treatment process.The calculation shows that the carbon diffusion calculation has some guiding significance for the determination of the heat treatment time
