目前,对电影发行放映企业的考核有工作日、场次、观众、发行收入、放映收入等五个指标,这是不全面的。电影发行放映企业不同于工商企业,它没有生产资料的直接消耗,不宜用发行收入,放映收入这样的指标,也不宜单纯地把利润指标作为衡量经济效益的唯一标准,而应该从社会效益、企业经济效益和工作(生产)效益诸方面进行综合考虑。具体设想如下: 1、以观众增长率为主的社会效益指标。电影发行放映企业的服务对象是广大人民群众,一部好影片,除创作、编导、制片等方面要成功外,还要通过发行放映企业的优质服务,才能收到好的效果。一般来说,观众越多,说明对社会的贡献越大。再结合考核工作日、场次、放映质量、宣传等指际,就能全面反映一个电影企业的社会效益。
