位于内蒙古自治区锡林郭勒盟的宝饶油田气候严寒、风雪大,且油层渗透率低、单井产量低、油气比低、凝固点高、含蜡高。根据上述特点和油田总体布局,整个油田只建设联合站1座,使油气集中处理。为了保证严寒地区油田的安全生产,油气集输系统采用三管伴热流程;供热系统采用集中供热小循环流程;注水系统采用双管流程的集中处理、中压洗井和分散增压注水的密闭工艺;污水处理系统,充分利用脱出水和洗井水的余压进入除油罐,进行自然分离,并靠设备的位差进入调节罐,减少了设备负荷,供电和自动化系统也采用了符合特点的供电方式和适用的检测和控制仪表。
