The model of firearm injury in both hind limbs and abdomen of healthy domestic pigs was used to detect tumor necrosis factor in normal and contracted muscle, liver and lung homogenates by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). (TNF-α) content changes, and explore the relationship between changes and injuries.
