从事记者工作已有多年,我认为,记者应有三气:骨气、才气和运气。缺一气就不是个好记者,三者相辅相成,密不可分。骨气徐悲鸿先生说过:“人不可有傲气,但不可以没有傲骨。”记者的职业特点要求从事这一职业的人更要有骨气。否则,是不能干记者的,至少是干不好的。
I have worked in journalists for many years. In my opinion, reporters should have three qualities: integrity, talent and luck. Lack of cooperation is not a good reporter, and the three are mutually reinforcing and inseparable. Mr. Xu Beihong said: “People can not be arrogant, but they can not be proud.” The professional characteristics of journalists require that those who engage in this profession have more strength. Otherwise, it is impossible to work as a reporter, at least not doing well.
