光谷国际网球中心项目的 BIM模型所包含的信息能满足参建各方全生命周期的需要,实现绿色理念。本次设计研究除延续BIM项目在施工图出图,可视化等基本内容的研究外,我们将重点研究三维阶段的协同设计,参数化设计技术等国际先进技术。总结新技术对的研究经验,为提高BIM应用的工作效率,提高BIM设计的可实施性,为推广BIM技术创造有利条件,同时通过研究BIM技术,推动设计管理升级。
The BIM model of the Optics Valley International Tennis Center project contains information that meets the needs of all parties involved in the life cycle and achieves a green philosophy. In addition to the research on the basic contents of drawing and visualization of construction drawings in BIM project, we will focus on the international advanced technologies such as collaborative design and parametric design in 3D. To sum up the research experience of new technologies, in order to improve the efficiency of BIM applications, improve the feasibility of BIM design, create favorable conditions for the promotion of BIM technologies and promote the design management through the research of BIM technologies.
