本文采用一种新的色谱法,在聚甲基硅氧烷交联毛细管柱上对经过衍生化的人子宫肌肉中三种主要神经节苷脂的组分进行了全分析,并用色谱-质谱联用法进行了鉴定。结果表明人子宫肌肉三种主要的神经节苷脂分别为GM_3、GD_3及GT_(16)。
In this paper, a new chromatographic method was used to analyze the components of the three major gangliosides in degenerated human uterine muscles on a polymethylsiloxane cross-linked capillary column. Usage was identified. The results showed that the three main gangliosides in human uterine muscle were GM_3, GD_3 and GT_ (16), respectively.
