本文用Wistar大鼠34只,对维生素A在MCA诱发支气管鳞癌过程中的阻抑作用,进行了实验研究。经16周的实验观察发现,实验组的17只动物均未发生肺肿瘤,仅5.8%出现鳞状化生;而对照组的17只动物中,有16只发生了支气管高分化鳞癌,且41.1%出现鳞状化生。结果表明,维生素A既可防止支气管上皮细胞的增生和鳞状化生;又可能抑制MCA的致癌效应或在防止支气管上皮细胞癌变过程中发挥作用。
In this study, 34 Wistar rats were used to study the inhibitory effect of vitamin A on MCA-induced bronchial squamous cell carcinoma. After 16 weeks of experimental observation, none of the 17 animals in the experimental group had lung tumors, and only 5.8% had squamous metaplasia. Of the 17 animals in the control group, 16 had highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the bronchus. 41.1% had scaly metaplasia. The results showed that vitamin A can not only prevent the proliferation and squamous metaplasia of bronchial epithelial cells, but also inhibit the carcinogenic effects of MCA or play a role in preventing the carcinogenesis of bronchial epithelial cells.
