河南省目前骨干煤炭企业有河南能源化工集团、平煤神马、郑煤集团、神火集团、国投煤炭公司、省煤层气公司、河南地煤集团。省煤层气公司、河南地煤集团生产产量较少。地方煤矿主产量主要集中郑州地区,主要生产企业为郑州磴槽集团和河南豫联能源集团。随着经济的发展,这些企业都不同程度地实行了多元化发展。本文主要通过研究这些企业对外投资的项目,总结出了一些共同特点和应注意的风险。
At present, Henan Province, the backbone of coal enterprises in Henan Energy and Chemical Group, Pingdingshan Shenma, Zheng Coal Group, Shenhuo Group, SDIC Coal Company, the provincial coalbed methane companies, Henan Coal Coal Group. Provincial coalbed methane company, Henan coal production output less. The main output of local coal mines is mainly concentrated in Zhengzhou. The major producers are Zhengzhou Gully Group and Henan Yulian Energy Group. With economic development, these enterprises have implemented diversified development to varying degrees. This article mainly through the study of these enterprises overseas investment projects, summed up some common characteristics and should pay attention to the risks.
