鳖肉引致急性过敏反应较少报道,鳖肉导致急性过敏性哮喘发作和全身荨麻疹样反应,殊属罕见,现将我们所见3例报告如下. 例1:男,50岁,住院号643111。于1964年5月30日食鲜鳖肉煨猪肉1市斤,1小时后头昏、恶心、两眼潮红、全身风块疹且痒,胸闷气速,喘息状,尿频等急诊入院。既往无哮喘史,否认食其他食物及药物,8岁时食鳖肉后限流泪,全身荨麻疹,胸闷气迫等。体检:体温38℃,脉搏110次,呼吸32次,血压110/80。
Less reported turtle meat caused by acute allergic reactions, turtle meat caused acute allergic asthma attacks and systemic urticarial reactions, are rare, now we see 3 cases reported as follows. Example 1: male, 50 years old, hospital number 643111 . In May 30, 1964 fresh meat turtle meat simmer 1 kg of meat, 1 hour after dizziness, nausea, his eyes flushing, systemic winds and rash and itching, chest tightness, gas velocity, wheezing, frequent urination and other emergency admission. No previous history of asthma, denied eating other foods and drugs, 8-year-old after eating water, turtle meat limit, systemic urticaria, chest tightness, gas pressure and so on. Physical examination: body temperature 38 ℃, pulse 110 times, breathing 32 times, blood pressure 110/80.
