在竞争中学习在日用品生产领域,我们特意选取这三家企业——雅芳(中国)、联合利华(中国)和北京三露厂,选择的理由是它们各自有着非常鲜明的特点。雅芳(中国)的信息化就是其整个经营模式转变的过程;联合利华中国的信息化就是典型的跨国企业信息系统扩展与整合的过程;而北京三露厂的信息化过程是典型的国内传统企业对“信息化”从不懂到了解到理解的过程。我们知道,中外合资企业的信息化思想、水平先天就此国内企业有优势。因此,在这些企业里,各个业务领域都会涉及到信息化建设,从ERP到供应链管理,再到客户关系管理等等。而更多的工作放在了整合、统一本土企业与整个集团内其他国家系统之间的联系上。时国内日用品生产企业来说,依然还处于新旧管理方式、思想的相互冲突、相互磨合的状态下。认清企业未来的发展方向是头等大事,之后才要去想:信息技术应用与企业发展之间应该如何协调、如何促进。我们的企业要做国际化的企业,我们要学习国外企业先进的管理理念和信息化建设经验,但是对比国外的大型企业,我们毕竟刚刚起步,只有选择合适的时机进行信息化建设,只有按照自己的实际情况制定自己的建设计划,才能在竞争中学习、在竞争中进步。
