在pH 1.8的BR缓冲体系中,龙胆紫与三磷酸腺苷二钠作用,形成离子缔合物,溶液颜色发生明显改变。其最大褪色波长位于594 nm处,在该波长处,三磷酸腺苷二钠的质量浓度与溶液的褪色呈良好的线性关系,可用于三磷酸腺苷二钠的定量测定。在波长594 nm处,三磷酸腺苷二钠的浓度在0.5~10.0μg/mL范围内遵守比尔定律,相关系数为R=0.9990,摩尔吸光系数为7.4×104L.mol-1.cm-1,检出限为:0.068μg/mL。该方法可用于片剂和血清中三磷酸腺苷二钠的测定。
In the pH 1.8 BR buffer system, gentian violet interacts with adenosine triphosphate (BDNF) to form ion-association complexes and the color of the solution changes significantly. The maximum fading wavelength was at 594 nm. At this wavelength, the linear relationship between the mass concentration of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and the fading of the solution was linear and could be used for the quantitative determination of adenosine triphosphate disodium.
